Robin Chalecki, President
Robin Chalecki has dedicated nearly 30 years to the nonprofit sector, specializing in fund development, leadership, and board governance. Since 2021, she has served as President of the Emily Griffith Foundation, advancing the century-old mission of “Opportunity for All.” Previously, Robin led a successful consulting business for 15 years, guiding strategy and raising funds for many of Denver’s key community organizations in education, housing, and basic needs. Her extensive experience fueled her passion for workforce education and her belief that economic mobility should be accessible to everyone.
Robin’s approachable, energetic style and ability to build collaborations have resulted in significant organizational impact. She serves on several boards and committees including Mountain States ADL and Rose Community Foundation, and is the former Board President of Judaism Your Way. A graduate of Denver Metro Chamber’s Leadership Foundation Fellows and Leadership Denver, she has been recognized as a Top 25 Most Powerful Woman in Colorado by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce in 2023 and a Top Woman in Business by the Denver Business Journal in 2025. Robin recently received a certificate in Organizational Development & Change Leadership through Georgetown University, further contributing to her passion for the non-profit sector and deepening her knowledge of systems change.
