Paula Sandoval
Co-Owner, Tamales by la Casita

Sandoval was born in Chicago, Illinois but has spent most of her life in Colorado. She is a graduate of Denver Public Schools, earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her Master's degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.

In addition to her service on the Emily Griffith Foundation Board of Directors, Sandoval also serves on the Boards of the Greenway Foundation and Energy Outreach, and is also a Trustee for the University of Colorado Foundation Board.

Sandoval and her husband, former Colorado State Senator Paul Sandoval, ownTamales by La Casita, which has been in business more than 25 years. Today they have two locations and provide employment for 18 different families.
