Patrick McFarlen, Chief Financial Officer, Haynes Mechanical

Patrick McFarlen spent the first 20 years of his career in the Consulting world, working in finance, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined EKS&H LLLP in 2001 and spent much of his career with EKS&H as a member of the Transaction Advisory Services team. In 2016, Patrick moved over to EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC to start a new investment bank in the Mountain Region. At EKS&H Capital Advisors, he held the position of Director/ Chief Compliance Officer and worked on deals ranging from $30M - $150M in deal value. At the end of 2019, Patrick moved into industry as the Chief Financial Officer of DALYTE / AiA Industries, LLC and further stepped into the role of President of DALYTE / AIA Industries, LLC in June 2020 and ran the Company until its eventual sale in December of 2021. Patrick is now the CFO of Haynes Mechanical Systems, Inc. working with some of the best Mechanical and Building Automation Technicians in Colorado.
