Nelson Rodriguez is the Manager of Youth Career Pathways for the Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation at Denver International Airport. He leads the strategy, design, and evaluation of year-round career pathway programs serving youth and young adults. He is passionate about creating equitable and dignified learning environments that provide youth with knowledge, skills and agency to prepare for future careers.

Prior to joining DEN, Nelson served as a school district administrator and was responsible for developing business and community partnerships to advance career-connected learning. His professional background also includes extensive leadership experience in higher education. Nelson holds a bachelor’s in political science and sociology and a master’s in educational leadership.
